We make handcrafted products, meant for external applications for skin, body and hair that are completely natural with foundations in the ancient science of Ayurveda. They contain all the purifying, nutritive and balancing properties necessary to nurture the skin and for eternal beauty. We use pure, fresh, seasonal ingredients for our products.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLACING AN ORDER

1- Browse our Online catalogue to make your purchase. Select the item you wish to order, enter the quantity you desire and click on "Order".

2- When your order contains the items and quantities you wish to purchase, click on the "Checkout" link underneath your order.

3-You will then be asked to provide us with your shipping and payment information. Please see the Payment Options available to you and choose the one that suits you.

4-Once you have successfully made your payment, your order will be processed & shipped within our stipulated timelines.
PAYMENT METHODS

We are set up to take immediate online orders through the following modes of payment:

*Domestic and international credit cards, issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa and MasterCard Network
*Visa Debit cards
from select banks in India. A full list is available at the time of Check Out and prior to making payments for purchases.
Please note that for Visa and MasterCard you will require to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and a 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card), when you make an online transaction using your Credit Card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction.

Cash On Delivery: 1- We have the option for ‘Cash on Delivery’ on orders above INR 999/- for domestic orders only. We follow all safety protocols, along with our courier partners to ensure the package that reaches you is safe.

2- If a ‘COD’ order is returned to us due to your unavailability or any other reason, we will only reship the same order only if you convert it to a prepaid order, post-delivery failure.

3- Shipping/billing address can’t be changed once the order is placed. No modifications can be made post successful placement of orders. 4- If a ‘COD’ order is to be cancelled, please inform our customer service team by sending an email at customercare@cultholisticwellness.com with the order number on the same date that you placed the order

5-Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, please bear with possible dispatch and delivery delays of your order
PRICING POLICY
1- The product prices listed are current and updated. However, these are subject to change without advance notice.

2- All prices on this web site are processed in Indian Rupees and the prices are inclusive of all taxes.

3- All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of shipping.

4- Our products are liable for GST in India.
PAYMENT SECURITY

All transactions at Cult Holistic Online are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. Any information you enter when transacting with Cult Holistic Online is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. This is an assurance that we follow the best security practices adopted by major online vendor, where all payments are processed in real-time, for your security and immediate peace of mind.

You can tell if your browser is in secure mode at “Checkout”, by looking for the padlock icon at the bottom corner or at the end of the address bar of your browser window.
SHIPPING POLICY

Due to COVID-19, we cannot commit on delivery timelines. We do request you to bear with us in the case of slight delays.
1- Order Deliveries Will Be Made Between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays. We deliver products between 7-8 working days.

2- Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, the brand takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

3-Certain courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. This will need to be provided for completion of delivery. OTP will be sent to the number inputted at time of placing the order.

4-We are not responsible for damage after delivery.

5- For all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of the day of delivery.

6- We charge 50 INR during check-out for shipping, handling & delivery. This charge is given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email with the following details, within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging and can be verified to be damaged/faulty. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your exchange request to be fully processed and closed.

Please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the product that you would like to exchange or refund at customercare@cultholisticwellness.com with the following details:
1- Order Number
2- Invoice number
3- Details of your request or complaint
4- Images or videos to support the complaint with Batch details clearly visible as below, without which we cannot process the request

*In case the product is not sealed/ leakage/ broken products –clear images or video of the non-sealed/ leaking/ broken products along with clear images or video of spillage (if any). Please also send images to show seal has been tampered with if that is the claim along with the above.

*In case the product received is empty or volume of the product is less or product is missing in the package or a wrong product has been delivered- clear images or video of the empty/ faulty/ product with less volume/ or product missing/ or wrong product delivered along with clear images or video of spillage (if any wherever applicable).

*In case the internal packaging and the outer packaging received is very dirty- clear images or video of the complete open package received along with clear images or video.

Once all the details are received, it would take our team 3 working days to revert on the complaint/ query/ issue. In case an exchange is approved for your complaint, you will be informed of the same and a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged. In the case of a product refund, once your request is approved the refund will reflect in your account within 10-15 days and you will be sent an email confirming the same.

All products to be exchanged must be sent back to us packed in the same packaging as it was received in and physically accompanied in the reverse pick-up by the original receipt and a document that states the following:

Address of dispatch
Name & Address of the customer
Order number
Contents of the package

Information We Collect: You can visit Cult Holistic Online without revealing any personally identifiable information. However, you can also register at our website, which enables us to contact you by email or text messages on your mobile phone to inform you about our products or respond to your comments or queries. As part of the registration process, we collect and store your personal information that you may choose to provide us with, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number.

Credit Card , Debit Card and Banking Information: Cult Holistic does not collect or store Credit Card or Debit Card or banking information. Such information may be provided by you during the purchase transaction. However, this data is not provided to Cult Holistic. It is directly transmitted through the payment gateway provider to the payment network or bank. No information is stored by Cult Holistic.

Data Hosting: The website is hosted with third party data hosting specialists. Information collected is kept on servers owned and managed by data hosting companies, which may be in India or overseas including the United States of America. The companies being used by Cult Holistic Online are PCI compliant and have data security processes in place. However, Cult Holistic is not liable for any data theft or breach of security at the data centers hosting the website, and holding consumer data.

How We Use Your Personally Identifiable Information:

Marketing Emails-The information you have chosen to provide may be used by Cult Holistic to create and deliver to you emails such as our newsletters, surveys or other email messages containing product and event information, cosmetics tips or promotions. If at any time you decide that you would not like to receive these emails, you may let us know.
Text Messages-If you have chosen to leave your mobile phone number, you may receive text message/SMS alerts containing product and event information, cosmetics tips or promotions on your mobile phone. Please note that Cult Holistic will never send you any unsolicited text message on your mobile phone.
Telephone calls-If you have chosen to leave your mobile phone number or landline number on Cult Holistic, you may receive phone calls containing product and event information, cosmetics tips or promotions on your mobile phone or landline phone.
